GENERAL AGREEMENT
  1. To protect your privacy we never distribute your name or e-mail address to any third parties.
  2. You must have the rights to use the materials you provide to Flash Stroke Studio for your designs. You will be responsible for the content of your pages, including obtaining the legal permission for any works they include and ensuring that the contents of these pages do not violate law.
  3. While making your webpage or website, we expect that there will be some changes along the way. After the site is approved and posted, it's not a problem to make changes, but there is a cost of $30/hr. This could include such things as adding pictures, adding pages, changing addresses or phone numbers, changing colors, or redoing the whole thing!
  4. We do not deliver the .FLA or .PSD files.

PAYMENT AGREEMENT
  1. You agree to pay in full for all produced by Flash Stroke Studio for which you have placed an order.
  2. Payment must be made IN FULL for orders less than $400.00 USD before we will start on your project. Only after payment is received and has cleared will you receive your completed design.
  3. For all orders over $400.00 USD, we require 50% of the total order to be paid in advance, before we will start on your project. Then upon completion of the design and approval of the sample designs, then remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before you will receive your completed designs.
  4. All payments must be made by Credit Card (VISA, Master Card, Euro Card, Discover), in the form of Direct Wire Transfer or through WebMoney (No Personal Checks Please!)
  5. Flash Stroke Studio reserves the right to close all accounts on purchasers failing to make full payment on completed designs within (6) months. After such time, purchaser loses all rights to their designs and Flash Stroke Studio reserves the right to reuse parts or all of the design in future projects.
  6. I affirm that I have read, understood and agree to all of the above statements and wish to conduct business with Flash Stroke Studio in a manner that acts within ALL of the statements presented by this agreement.
